If I send you my resume will you submit it without telling me?

Absolutely not! All resumes are confidential and we will obtain your permission before submitting your resume to each and every position. Before submitting we will provide you with the client name, location, rate or salary expectations, and duration of the position.

How long will it take you to find me a position?

Our business model is driven by client needs. When we have a postion relevant to your skills we will contact you. We work with ~8 recruiters and we have many positions open. A position that fits you may come up tomorrow, or it may take several years. We recommend you contact many recruiters that you trust, and send them your resume, so that you can be found when an appropriate position appears.

Should I check back with you every week?

When we have a postion relevant to your skills we will contact you. Please feel free to send in updates to your resume at any time. A good strategy, to be found easily, is to make sure your resume contains many industry keywords relevant to your skills.
