+ Create, document, test, obtain sign-off and deploy ECC HCM configuration transports.
+ Support critical business.

+ Translate Manitoba business requirements into functional "enterprise" solution requirements within the SAP HCM components.
+ Communicate functional solution requirements to other team members, business owners and end users.
+ Guide the implementation of SAP HCM solutions in support of business requirements.
+ Develop business process, configuration, testing and operational documentation for implemented solution.
+ Obtain formal sign-off from business approvers.
+ Mentor internal Manitoba staff in SAP HCM functional component (Benefits, Personnel Administration, Employee Self Service, Organizational Management, and Canadian Payroll).

(3) SAP Security Analyst, Development, Support, and Troubleshooting
a) Works with Architecture team, Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers and project teams to provide business solutions.
b) Maintains configuration of security component of SAP for all modules.
c) Assess impacts of enhancements and project work on SAP application security.
d) Provides security strategy and integration for existing security design.
e) Designs the security package for security testing.
f) Online Support Services (SAP Service Marketplace) (OSS) note application and trouble shooting.
g) Maintains security documentation.
h) Follows established change control procedures/processes
a) Assist Manitoba SAP security analyst with the development of new roles or changes to existing roles.
b) Process SAP user access change requests from the departments.
c) Perform analysis and rationalization of LAN and SAP user IDs in support of the Employee Self Service roll-out.
d) Troubleshoot SAP users' security issues (helpdesk).
e) Analysis of missing/required SAP authorizations.

(4) SAP Basis Analyst, Development, Support, and Troubleshooting
a) Works with Government of Manitoba Architecture team, Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers and project teams to provide business solutions.
b) Ensures alignment with Government of Manitoba Enterprise Architecture and baseline ICT Standards.
c) Maintains and upgrades the O/S. database, SAP software and middleware.
d) Manages system operations.
e) Follows established change control procedures/processes.
a) Perform installation activities on SAP components such as ECC 6, Enterprise Portal, CRM, Exchange Infrastructure to establish the productive landscape for each with input from Manitoba Basis Team.
b) Develop installation and operational documentation.
c) Trouble-shoot operational issues within the SAP landscape.
d) Develop and document transport strategy within the SAP landscape.
e) Establish production support procedures.
f) Provide knowledge transfer to and mentor internal Manitoba staff.
